A device made from the strange parts that drop from Albtraum a playfield in Inferno introduced in patch 17.3. The Ancient Combat Tuner adds to your ranged weapons skills and is one of five devices that can be made from the Empty Ancient Device. This device also has several upgrades.
The process was confirmed by Ephe and Highsummoner (RK1)
