Council of Truth interior
The Council of Truth convenes inside the Tir Assembly Hall, the tallest building in Tir, located in the southeast part. The building itself has 4 large stairs and a central place with large moving crystal above it.
Council of Truth is an political organization being a leader of the Clans.
