This feature has been removed from the game.

Speed was a category of skills. It included melee weapons initiative, ranged weapons initiative, physical prowess and martial arts initiative, nano execution initiative, dodge ranged attacks, evade close combat and martial art attacks, duck explosions and thrown objects, nano resistance, and run speed.

The 18.7 patch removed the speed category. It placed evade close combat, dodge ranged, duck explosions, and nano resistance into a new body & defense category, melee initiative and physical initiative into a new melee weapons category, ranged initiative into a new ranged weapons category, nano initiative into a new nanos & casting category, and run speed into a new exploring category.
